Install Nvidia Hybrid (Optimus) Graphics Drivers and Setting up Application on Debian Stretch

Introduction One of my main reason to switching from Ubuntu to Debian. Nvidia Hybrid Graphics card doesn't work properly on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
